The ancient Ayurvedic massage from India combines oil and precise techniques to massage your pressure points. It is extremely good for detoxification, strengthen your immune system and create a balanced body, mind and spirit.

Acupressure and Cupping Therapy
Acupressure is the ideal therapy for those that are looking to de-stress and relieve pain. It involves therapist applying gentle but firm pressure on areas of your body with their fingertips to encourage energy to flow and to aid healing.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Similar to acupressure, the main purpose of cupping therapy is to help relieve pain and inflammation, improve blood flow, relaxation and well-being.

Fish pedicure
Fish pedicure, or also known as fish spa, requires you to place your feet in water tubs containing carp-like fish called Garra Rufa. It is an excellent treatment option for those with skin disease and helps to remove dead skin and calluses from the bottom of the foot.

Onsen-style steam room
Each steam room has a pool with hot water that fuels the hot steam in the room. You can enjoy sweating at the bench surrounding the pool before relaxing your body in the hot pool.
Rock sauna pod
The rock sauna pod uses hot pebbles and water to steam up the room. These individual sauna pods are small in size and capacity, offering utter privacy for the visitors. The sauna pod can be located in a private garden with amazing views of the nature through its window or glass wall.
Yoga & Meditation
The spa centre also has yoga lounges for those who seek to cultivate mind-body awareness and promote physical movement. The yoga lounges are equipped with speakers to provide relaxing nature sounds for meditation as well as essential oil/ incense for aromatherapy.
Kneipp Therapy
Kneipp Therapy is a form of hydrotherapy that utilises interplay of hot and cold water, as well as different water pressure on the body to stimulate blood flow and metabolic system, while strengthening the immune system. The therapy is done in a pool with two divided sections that are filled with cold and hot water respectively.
